Could Upscale, Trendy Catering Trucks Selling Food On Melrose Hurt Established Restaurants Or Help?

they can't park directly in front of or within so many feet or a full service restaurant (not coffee shop). they need to comply with all the same sanitary regulations that restaurants must comply with. they can't block parking... they MAY rent space in a parking lot (ie, a gas station or other business that wants to rent or give them space for an hour or 2 may do so). I'm excited to have some new food in the 'hood... but don't want it to hurt local business.
