1 - Sierra Bonita Avenue @ Santa Monica Blvd. 5 Story Affordable Housing Building that will contain 42 one bedroom apartments. Under Construction.
2 - Plummer Park Renovation - as part of the City of West Hollywood's 25 anniversary Capital Improvement project, Plummer Park will get a major overhaul that will include renovation and expansion of the Fiesta Hall that will turn it into a multi-purpose performance venue, plus improvement and expansion of the parkland and more subterranean parking for the public and park patrons.
3 - Movietown Plaza - located at Fuller and Santa Monica Plans Include 10 stories of retail, 76 units of affordable housing, 294 "market rate" condos and underground parking. Construction is expected to take 24 months and plans to be completed in 2012. Total Sq ft of the project 420,000 sq ft.
4 - The Lot Studio - Formosa at Santa Monica Blvd. Plans call for 400,000 SF to be added to the site that will include four new buildings some six stories in height. The site is the former Pickford-Fairbanks Studio that later became United Artists. When originally built in 1920 was the called the Hampton Studios. Warner Bros. acquired the property in 1980. No word on when construction is set to begin. The property was later acquired in 1999 by BA Studios.
5 Faith Plating Building - Formosa and Santa Monica(Northeast Corner) plans call for a 145-unit mixed-use building at this location.
6 - Carl's Jr. Redevelopment - Northwest Corner of La Brea and Santa Monica - Plans call for a 6 story tower to be built at this location. A total of 184 residential units and ground floor commercial space is included.
7 - 1222-1234 North La Brea (Jon's Market) (Corner of La Brea & Fountain): A proposed 6 story mixed use structure that includes 187 residential rental units.
8 - Rite Aid Retail at La Brea and Santa Monica - Northeast corner - city plans include redevelopment at this site.
9 - La Brea Gateway Project - Corner of La Brea and Willoughby - A 7 story mixed use development with 556 parking spaces is planned for this site.
